What is your shipping policy?

DOMESTIC

All Salty + Pine orders are shipped from our warehouse in Portland, Oregon. We currently ship via USPS. Orders take one day to process and are shipped the business day following the order placement. We are unable to ship to PO boxes.

INTERNATIONAL

Unfortunately at this time we do not ship outside the US. Our apologies for this inconvenience. 

What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, Salty + Pine will gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise for a refund within 30 days of purchase.

If you wish to exchange your purchase for an alternate size, color or style, please create a new order from the website and return the original item to the address below:

Once we have received confirmation of the returned items, customers will be notified via e-mail when the return has been processed and credited to the original purchaser's credit card. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We make every effort to process your return as quickly as possible. However please allow up to 14 days for it to be processed. Credit card refunds may take up to an additional 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on its processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.
